By Colorado statute, the maximum fee allowed for each signature notarization is $15 per document and includes:

Receiving evidence of the signer’s identity;
Administering an oath or affirmation (if applicable);
Applying the signature to a notarial certificate and seal of the notary to the document.

The maximum fee for an eNotary service is $25 per signature notarization per document.
